1. The service. Ally Bundles is a Shopify app for creating bundles, volume discounts and conditional gifts. By installing it, the merchant accepts these terms.
2. Plans and billing. The Free plan includes one bundle, two volume promotions and one gift, with every feature. The paid plans (Starter, Pro and Advance) raise those limits and can be paid monthly or yearly; all include a 14-day free trial. Current prices are shown on the App Store listing and on the Plans page inside the app. Billing is processed by Shopify on the store's invoice; we never receive or store card details.
3. Cancellation. Merchants may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app or changing plans from their Shopify admin. Refunds follow Shopify's policies.
4. What the app does in the store. With the permissions granted at install, the app creates and manages discounts, tags products and maintains the collections its promotions need. Every change originates from a merchant action in the panel.
5. Availability. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Discounts are calculated on Shopify's infrastructure, so they keep applying even if our panel is unreachable.
6. Liability. The merchant is responsible for the promotions they configure and for their pricing. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last three months.
7. Acceptable use. The app may not be used for illegal activity, nor may anyone attempt to breach, copy or resell the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Changes. We may update these terms and the service. Material changes will be announced by email or inside the app.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Chile.
10. Who provides the service. Ally Bundles is a product of Ally Apps, Santiago, Chile.
